Well, the
survey seems to have petered out, but with 97 responses, I feel we have a good
sampling. Based on the
responses, this must have been a question many production managers wonder
about. So following are the
results I have put together.

some of the key results from this survey.
I intend to do some more work with the data when I have a few minutes,
but for now, here’s a start.
