SPICMACAY
(Society for the Promotion of Indian Classical Music and Culture
Amongst Youth) is a non-profit organization established for the
promotion of Indian Classical Music and Culture. The Pittsburgh
Chapter is one among several such chapters all over the USA. Our
chapter activities are funded in part by the Student Senate (via
the Activites Fee) at Carnegie Mellon University.
We organize concerts to promote awareness of classical music -
Indian style. We hold them on and around the CMU campus for the
benefit of our student community. These concerts have FREE
ADMISSION! For our financial support, besides the Student Senate,
we rely on generous donations from well wishers and people like
you.
