I am a Research Software Specialist (or Code Curator Extraordinaire, at least according to ChatGPT) in the Biomedical Apps Team at the Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center (PSC) tinkering with technology in scientific related projects.
At the moment I am involved in HuBMAP, The Brain Image Library and on occasion, with SenNet. I enjoy teaching, training future developers and data scientists, writing and contributing to open source projects, reusing old tech, playing with new tech, cooking and listening to good music.
