Try the following examples by typing the magneta text into the dialog box (press enter after each line):
Highlight the Catalytic Triad:
      select all
      wireframe off
      backbone 120
      select 57,102,195
      wireframe 120
      color Purple

Now add an inhibitor:
      select *:B
      wireframe 120

Now add the Asp responsible for specificity (Asp189) and color it yellow:
      select 189
      wireframe 120
      color yellow
