Foundations to Frontiers in
Molecular Cell Biology
The
goal of this class is to introduce both the foundations in molecular
cell biology and current research areas and technological challenges.
Understanding how cells function normally and what goes wrong in
disease is an enormous task that will require the coming together of
many disciplines. This class is offered to non-biology faculty,
postdocs and graduate students from across the university. It is
hoped that this class will serve as a jumping-off point for
non-biologists to begin exploring the world of molecular cell biology.
