The following is a summary of our product development to the end of A3.The Components of KiCK TeCH:
Adeo Portable Unit:The Adeo unit is the portable component of the KiCK TeCH product group. It allows users to record, view and share media with other users and a home base. Visual Functions of Adeo:
- record video and still images
- view video and still images in either real time or as asyncronous (timed) media
- record audio
- playback (real time/asyncronous)
- use a stylus for handwritten messages or drawings
- is a wearable mount for an additional video/audio recorder
- plays audio more descreetly
- when not in use is placed in charger/case
- a hard case to protect Adeo when not in use
- charges Adeo
- provides storage for Adeo and wearable component
- acts as a stand for stationary recording
It also:
- stores information
- allows information to be viewed through TV or home computer
- charges Adeo units
- signals when an Adeo is active
- the Adeo records media in a multiplatform format which is automatically saved to the Home unit
- real-time connections only allow for one way recording to ensure privacy
