A+, A, A-, B+, B, B-, C+, C, C-, D+, D, D-, F, where:

A = Outstanding performance. The team consistently exceeded your expectations.

B = Good performance. The team exceeded your expectations at times.

C = Satisfactory performance. The team generally met your expectations.

D = Unsatisfactory performance. The team generally did not meet your expectations.

F = Completely unsatisfactory performance. The team consistently failed to meet your expectations.

    The system solution is appropriate and reflects the needs, skill levels and cognitive abilities of its stakeholders

    All known defects, errors, or omissions in design or implementation are fully documented
    All documentation is complete, useful and well prepared

    Consistency:  the system looks and feels consistent.  Information is presented in the same formats and uses the same sequences of actions across similar conditions.  Texts and buttons appear in same positions throughout different screens.  Similar headings and text types are used across the system.
    Visibility of system status: the system keeps users informed about what is going on through appropriate feedback within reasonable time.
    User control and freedom: the system provides "emergency exits" when needed.  It does not make the user feel lost.
    Error prevention: errors were carefully prevented and documented when necessary.
    Recognition rather than recall: the system makes objects, actions, and options visible.  It does not require the user to remember information from one part of the dialogue to another. Instructions for use of the system are visible or easily retrievable whenever appropriate.
    Aesthetic and minimalist design: dialogues do not contain irrelevant information.
