Peer Evaluation

3 Evaluations:

Evaluation 1: September 18 (25%, not anonymous)
Evaluation 2: October 30 (25%, not anonymous)
Evaluation 3: December 4-6 (50%, anonymous)

The first two evaluations will be returned to students for feedback, as well as used for grading.  The final peer evaluation counts strictly for grading.

The purpose of the peer-evaluation is two-fold:

  1. To give constructive feedback to your team members to improve the overall functioning of the team, so your comments and specific examples are strongly encouraged and
  2. to gather information to make grade adjustments needed based on insufficient contributions by individuals on the team.

Please turn in your evaluations in a sealed envelope with your name and Team number at front on the due date marked on the calendar.

Complete a separate peer evaluation form for each member of your team, other than yourself:
