Mom's House

Mom's House is a non-profit, non-sectarian agency which provides free day care for children of single, low-income, student-parents while they return to school. Through the support program at Mom's House, these parents and their children have a chance to become independent and self-sufficient members of the community. Private tutoring, counselling, and on-goin support groups are also offered, as well as programs on parenting, nutrition, health, and safety.

Service Opportunities:

  • Helping to prepare breakfast or lunch, or both.
  • Assisting with childcare.
  • Maintenance and repairs.
