About the Conference
We are excited to announce the 2025 Organization Science Winter Conference (OSWC 2025), hosted at the Luskin Conference Center on the UCLA campus. This year’s conference continues our successful format with a single-track program featuring panels, grouped presentations, and interactive poster receptions.
The 2025 conference will honor the legacy of Linda Argote, a founding member of OSWC and a renowned scholar whose contributions have significantly shaped organizational theory and practice.
