Our family took a trip to the Ozarks and the states of Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Kansas in August, 2000. We departed from Pittsburgh, and on the way to and from Missouri stopped at some Lincoln-related sites in Springfield, Illinois, including the Lincoln Home National Historic Site.
