Absorption Spectroscopy

Absorption Spectra of p-Nitrophenylate:

  1. Measure the absorption as a function of wavelength, starting at 200 nm to 500 nm. Use either a 20 or 25 nm increments.
  2. Plot the absorption versus wavelenght using Excel.
