Lipid Melting Temperature

Instructions:

  1. Select a number of temperature values spaced far apart to determine the approximate location of the transition, e.g. consider the transition to occur for fraction fluid between 0.05 and 0.95
  2. After finding the range which the transition occurs over, measure the fraction fluid every 5 degrees, starting from a multiple of 5 (e.g. 15, 20, 25...)
  3. Plot the data for your lipid on the google chart.
