For the first time several large performing arts organizations met as a group in June of 2004. The National Performing Arts Conference was in Pittsburgh and opened with a spectacular multi-disciplinary performance conceived by John Conklin. As Technical Director for the conference's main events as well as for several events specifically for the American Symphony Orchestra League Todd coordinated all technical elements in the main hall of the conventio center.
