Team History
Carnegie Mellon's Mr. Yuk was established in 1975, and has since then developed well rounded club players who play for teams in Boston, Pittsburgh, DC, San Francisco, and more. The first CMU ultimate disc was printed in 1982 and supposedly featured a guy with a bandana tossing a disc.
In recent years the team has gone back to the drawing board and reinvented itself as a hard-working, defense-first, exciting and aggressive squad. The best years are certainly ahead.
Harmful If Swallowed was founded during the 2005-2006 season by Jeremy Kanter, Aaron Magil, Jeff Meek, Hank Nguyen, Evan Gross, Mark Ma, Andy Stochetti, Matt Woodling, Dave Hora, and Danny Schoenfelder. From it's humble ten-man beginnings the team has exploded in popularity to a full squad with its own coach. By the end of 2009 the team had posted several victories against college A teams. Monkey.
