This scholarship was established in honor of the chapter
advisor who helped Kappa Chapter survive during the
1940's despite a dearth of college students. It is awarded
every Spring (to be used in the Fall semester) to the
student at Carnegie Mellon who most exemplifies the
principles of Leadership, Friendship, and Service that
are central to Alpha Phi Omega, but who is not affiliated
with Alpha Phi Omega.
