Itinerary: We spent a day in Athens and then flew to Crete (two days each in Chania and Heraklion with a rental car). We then flew to Rhodes and stayed three nights in Rhodes Town, renting a car for one day to tour the island. Then back to Athens where we drove to a village near Volos for one night, followed by two nights in a village near Meteora. We spent two days in Athens before flying back to Pittsburgh.
