The Process
![]() | From December 4th to 6th teams will present their projects to a group of faculty evaluators. |

BEFORE the presentation starts, the teams need to provide faculty with: |
A full set of documentation: User, Technical, and Administrator manuals.
A disk containing all the elements required for the fully functional system. On the disk include a "readme.txt" file containing complete instructions for installation, initialization, user authentication and basic administration.
Instructions to access the client's version of the project.
Peer-Evaluation3. Include your peer-evaluations in a sealed envelope.

Teams should present their projects to the review committee in a 45 minutes session. In preparing your presentation please consider:

After the presentation students are dismissed. |

Evaluators judge your projects based on standard criteria and discuss the team's project and performance for 10 minutes. See the Evaluation Forms. |

The final evaluation score is determined by all reviewer's evaluations. |

Evaluation forms may be picked up from the assistant's office (PH 223E) during the second week of December (11th to 15th). |

Standard presentation equipment is available in the room. You may also bring your computer, but remember that we cannot afford to spend time on preparing things at the last moment. |
