There are 7 elements in the game:

• Anemo
• Geo
• Electro
• Dendro
• Cryo
• Pyro
• Hydro

Characters can also do physical damage & there is one reaction - shatter - that can be done with physical, but physical is not an element.

Regions

There are 5 released regions as of 4.0:

• Mondstadt - based on Germany
• Liyue - based on China
• Inazuma - based on Japan
• Sumeru - based on Middle East
• Fontain - based on France

There are also other quest locked regions in the game such as the chasm and enkanomiya.
