This is a graduate seminar offered to masters and PhD students.The intent of this small seminar is to examine the evolution of public policy and technology by examining in depth two contemporary "hot" issues to be chosen by the participants. The result of the seminar will be a publishable set of documents giving a balanced perspective of the policy options as well as a suggested "best path". Active participation is required by all students and faculty.
