I need help now with: |
88-275: Information Systems Application. In this course students design and implement a usable
information system for a client. The client may be affiliated with the university, government, business,
or non-profit organization. Students will be assigned to teams to work on these projects, and will produce
operational, fully documented and tested, computer-based information systems. The projects will
be supervised by Carnegie Mellon University faculty and, when possible, by project clients.
Course Syllabus: Here students can access the course syllabus, schedule, class assignments, and other materials regarding official course policies. ISA Teams: Listing of all student teams for the Fall 1999 ISA class can be found here. Contract Prototype: This page contains a prototype contract that student teams may draw from when developing their own contract with the client. This prototype is to serve as an example; it is not a requirement that teams follow it precisely. Peer Evaluation: Students can find a copy of the peer evaluations they will be required to complete at midterm and final time. Topical Help: Although intended to help students in 272, ISA students may also find these tutorials to be of some value. Most of these materials can be accessed directly from the menu on the left; additional help pages will be added, however, as time allows and will be placed on this part of the site. If you can't find what you want on the menu, check out this page.
These pages are relevant for the Fall 1999 semester. |
